Synthesis: Student Choreography from University of Houston
Students from the University of Houston Dance program “Composition 1” perform solos inspired by “Thirty Works for Thirty Years.” Each student selected an object from this special exhibition as a point of departure for exploring dance composition. The students also wrote poems that align with their observations, adding another layer of information to the composition. Presented in the Menil main building foyer.
